Walk around a former production site and discover industrial work in ceramics making (end of XIXth and early XXth centuries)
Discover the production process of the « iron black brick », a key-product of the Vairey-Baudot ceramics factory in Ciry-le-Noble. In the midst of a pleasant country setting by La Bourbince river, the visit illustrates several stages : supply and storage facilities of raw materials, move to the huge producing department with its in situ production equipment, types of energy used, means of transportation, a series of furnaces. Complete the visit by watching hand brick casting.
